Kombucha

Kombucha has a long history, and its origins are not concrete. It's use through the centuries is well documented, and its benefits are being more understood in our current time.

Briefly, Kombucha is a fermented beverage made from sugar, tea & raw kombucha. The starter liquid / SCOBY are activated by the sugar and the tea, and start a fermentation process which changes the brew into Kombucha.
